Our Spanish intensive course is graded and each level has a specific teaching goal:

Beginners: A1

Level A1 is subdivided into 2 courses. For the first part, no previous knowledge of Spanish is required, while the second is intended for students who already have previous knowledge of the language, but have not yet consolidated the linguistic and communicative objectives of the level (false beginners). In both courses, based on an active methodology in which the student communicates in Spanish from day one, one learns to formulate and use simple everyday expressions intended to satisfy basic needs, such as understanding and providing personal, family and professional information. Chronologically locate activities or events and express their frequency. Describe people, places and things. Understand and express personal and personal tastes and preferences, or express location and how to get to places or buildings and express agreement and disagreement.

Movers:A2

At the end of level A2, the student is able to work in social relationships simply, but effectively, using simple and habitual expressions, and following basic formulas. Working in basic social functions, in brief, social situations, and knowing how to perform and respond to greetings, invitations, and suggestions, to ask for and accept apologies, to give advice and instructions, etc. The student is able to describe in simple terms aspects of his past (talking about experiences, his past life, telling anecdotes) and his surroundings, as well as issues related to his immediate and daily needs.

Intermediate:B1

Students who reach a level B1 are capable of communicating properly in a neutral register on everyday subjects such as family, work, hobbies and interests, travel and current events, expressing themselves with reasonable accuracy orally or in writing and making use of a repertoire of broad but simple vocabulary, structures, and formulas. They are also able to deal with authentic texts produced by native speakers, at a standard language level. They express themselves with ease in the past, present, and future and know some uses of the subjunctive mode.

Advanced:B2

At the end of level B2, students have a similar competence to that usually required at the beginning of higher education (a pre-university course or similar ). The student can use the Spanish language in familiar situations and contexts and perform routine tasks with a certain level of autonomy, although they may need the help of a native speaker in certain cases, that is, he or she is fluent in Spanish enough to perform in normal situations of life that do not require specialized terms.

Proficiency:C1

Students who reach level C1 have a repertoire of resources broad and rich enough to communicate fluently and naturally. For this reason, they produce complex structured texts. They are also able to adapt to the context and intentions of interlocutors. In this case, the student will learn to write texts of a journalistic nature, paying special attention to the different mechanisms of textual cohesion.

Proficiency:C2

C2 is the highest level in the Spanish grading test, and C2 level students are close to native speakers in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Fluent expression, quick reading is already the most basic requirements, students are supposed to show strong logical thinking ability and innovation. They should be able to deal with a variety of complex problems and put forward solutions. At this stage, students are more focused on academic and professional fields and have acquired deep knowledge of nonverbal factors such as culture, history, and society.
